Sit-In Program Application

Apply for your child to experience school life at Thai International School. Choose your preferred dates and tell us how we can support their visit. Our admissions team will confirm availability, placement and fees.

01 Meet your student

02 Plan the sit-in

Choose a start and end date. The last day is included.

Weekly bookings run Monday–Friday. Weekends and listed school closures are excluded from attendance days. Dates remain subject to school confirmation.
03 Health & learning support

Help us prepare a safe and supportive visit for your child.

Include food or medicine allergies, medical conditions, medication and any emergency instructions. Write “None known” if applicable.
Tell us about learning, communication, sensory, attention or focus needs, diagnosed or not, and strategies that help. Write “None known” if applicable.
04 Parents & guardians

05 Shirts, meals & assessment
Choose 0 if your child already has a suitable TIS-branded polo. It must be worn on every sit-in day.

A TIS-branded polo is required every day. The school will confirm shirt sizes and any MAP assessment arrangements with you.

06 Ask the school
Ask about the program, available dates, support or fees. The admissions team will respond using your contact details.
07 Before you submit
Ready for the first day

Students must wear a TIS-branded polo shirt. All required fees must be paid before the sit-in begins; students with unpaid fees will not be allowed entry to the school. Submitting this application does not reserve a place or authorize entry.

How TIS uses this application

TIS uses these details to review the application, contact your family, arrange learning and health support, verify identities, plan attendance and administer fees. Identity documents and health information are restricted to authorized school staff. Hosting and email providers support this service; notification emails contain a reference and a staff sign-in link, without copies of your documents or health details.

Application records and uploads are scheduled for deletion 180 days after the last requested sit-in day, or after submission if dates are not supplied. Separate school enrolment or accounting records follow the school’s retention policies. Contact info@thaiinternationalschool.ac.th to ask about access, correction, deletion, or health-information consent. Required and optional fields are identified on this form; contact the school if you need help providing required information.
